STW Bot is a business communication and marketing automation platform operated by STW Services LLP.
This page explains how users may request deletion of their data associated with STW Bot and connected Meta services including WhatsApp Business Accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, Messenger conversations, and related communication records.
User-Controlled Data Deletion
Businesses using STW Bot may directly remove connected Meta assets and delete associated communication data from within the platform wherever such functionality is available.
Users may:
- disconnect their WhatsApp Business Account;
- remove connected Facebook Pages;
- disconnect Instagram accounts;
- delete campaigns, contacts, forms, and chatbot data;
- request permanent account deletion.
Requesting Data Deletion
If you would like STW Services LLP to delete your account or associated platform data, you may submit a deletion request by contacting:

Please include:
- your registered email address;
- business name;
- connected WhatsApp number (if applicable);
- details of the deletion request.
For security purposes, we may request additional verification before processing deletion requests.
What Data May Be Deleted
Upon verification of the deletion request, STW Services LLP may delete:
- account information;
- connected Meta asset information;
- WhatsApp communication records;
- Facebook Messenger conversations;
- Instagram direct messages;
- chatbot interaction data;
- campaign history;
- landing page submissions;
- customer contact data;
- uploaded media and attachments;
- automation workflows;
- analytics records associated with the account.
Certain technical logs, billing records, or compliance-related information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
Processing Timeline
Deletion requests are generally processed within thirty (30) days from the date of verification.
In many cases, users may also perform immediate self-deletion directly from platform controls where available.
Once deletion is completed, certain information may not be recoverable.
Meta Platform Data
STW Bot integrates with Meta technologies including:
- WhatsApp Cloud API
- Facebook Pages API
- Instagram Messaging API
- Meta Business APIs
Disconnecting STW Bot from your Meta Business integrations may stop further synchronization of data between Meta services and the platform.
Users may also manage connected applications directly through their Meta account settings.
