By accessing, subscribing to, or using STW Bot through https://stwbot.com or related applications and services, users agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

STW Bot is a SaaS-based customer communication and marketing automation platform that enables businesses to manage and automate communications through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and related channels.

The platform may include features such as:

  • WhatsApp Business API integration
  • CRM and customer management
  • Campaign management
  • Chatbot automation
  • Instagram messaging
  • Facebook Messenger integration
  • Landing pages and forms
  • Automation workflows
  • Product catalog integration
  • AI-powered communication tools
  • Analytics and reporting

STW Bot is intended solely for legitimate business and commercial use.


3. Eligibility and Business Use

By using STW Bot, users represent and warrant that:

  • they are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
  • they are authorized to act on behalf of their business or organization;
  • they will use the platform only for lawful business purposes;
  • they will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Meta platform policies.

The platform is not intended for personal, consumer, or non-business usage.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the services.


4. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account and provide accurate registration information.

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;
  • all activities performed under their account;
  • ensuring that connected Meta assets belong to or are authorized for use by the business.

STW Services LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false information or involved in suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized activities.


5. Meta Platform Integration

STW Bot integrates with Meta services including:

  • WhatsApp Cloud API
  • Facebook Pages API
  • Instagram Messaging API
  • Meta Business APIs

Users may voluntarily connect their own:

  • WhatsApp Business Accounts
  • Facebook Pages
  • Instagram Professional Accounts
  • Meta Business portfolios
  • Product catalogs

Users acknowledge that:

  • they are solely responsible for compliance with Meta policies;
  • Meta may independently restrict or suspend connected assets;
  • STW Bot does not control Meta’s approval, messaging limits, or platform availability.

Any violation of Meta Platform Policies by the user may result in suspension of STW Bot services.


6. Acceptable Usage

Users agree not to use STW Bot for:

  • spam or unsolicited messaging;
  • fraudulent or misleading communications;
  • phishing or impersonation;
  • illegal marketing activities;
  • abusive, harmful, or offensive content;
  • unauthorized collection of customer data;
  • violation of privacy laws;
  • activities prohibited by Meta or applicable law.

Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent before sending communications through WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email, forms, or related channels.

STW Services LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.


7. Subscription and Payments

STW Bot operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Subscription plans may include yearly or custom enterprise billing arrangements.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including Razorpay and related payment infrastructure partners.

By purchasing a subscription, users agree that:

  • fees are payable in advance;
  • subscription charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise;
  • failure to renew may result in suspension or loss of service access;
  • pricing and plans may change with prior notice.

Taxes, duties, or government charges applicable in the user’s jurisdiction remain the responsibility of the user.


8. Data and Customer Information

Users retain ownership of their business data and customer information processed through STW Bot.

By using the platform, users authorize STW Services LLP to process and store data as necessary to provide the requested services.

STW Bot may process:

  • customer contact information;
  • WhatsApp messages;
  • Messenger conversations;
  • Instagram direct messages;
  • chatbot interactions;
  • campaign data;
  • media files;
  • analytics information.

Data processing practices are governed by the STW Bot Privacy Policy.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and legal rights to process customer information through the platform.


9. AI and Automation Features

Certain STW Bot features may utilize artificial intelligence technologies, including services provided by OpenAI and related providers.

Users acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate;
  • automated workflows should be monitored appropriately;
  • businesses remain fully responsible for customer communications generated through automation tools.

STW Services LLP does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.


10. Service Availability

STW Services LLP strives to maintain reliable platform availability; however, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

The platform may occasionally experience:

  • maintenance downtime;
  • infrastructure interruptions;
  • third-party API failures;
  • Meta platform outages;
  • internet-related disruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features temporarily or permanently without liability.


11. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, design elements, workflows, content, trademarks, and technology associated with STW Bot remain the property of STW Services LLP unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

  • copy or redistribute platform software;
  • reverse engineer systems;
  • resell services without authorization;
  • use STW Bot branding without permission.

These Terms do not grant ownership rights to the platform or underlying technology.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STW Services LLP shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages;
  • loss of revenue or business opportunities;
  • customer communication failures;
  • Meta platform restrictions;
  • third-party outages;
  • data loss caused by external systems;
  • unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

The total liability of STW Services LLP shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the preceding three (3) months.


13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless STW Services LLP, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

  • misuse of the platform;
  • violation of laws or Meta policies;
  • customer disputes;
  • unauthorized communications;
  • infringement of third-party rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

STW Services LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if:

  • users violate these Terms;
  • fraudulent or abusive activity is detected;
  • Meta restrictions affect platform operations;
  • payment obligations remain unpaid;
  • platform usage creates security or compliance risks.

Upon termination, access to platform services may be revoked immediately.


15. Data Retention and Deletion

Following account cancellation or termination, user data may be retained for up to thirty (30) days unless immediate deletion is requested.

Certain information may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.


16. International Use

STW Bot serves businesses globally. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws governing messaging, privacy, marketing communications, and customer consent within their jurisdiction.

STW Services LLP may modify these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of STW Bot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
